After 10 harsh strokes, Special Agent Bella gives him the option of confessing before she has a go, but he plays dumb again. After repeatedly interrogating him and taking turns with the judicial cane, he refuses to give in. By now, the two Special Agents have had enough of The Mutant so they start putting pressure on him to confess. He is terrified as they hover above him threatening to castrate him and remove his mutant balls. Special Agent Hunter makes him lick the bottom of her boot while Special Agent Bella yells in his face. The screaming intensifies and he finally confesses. It was him who stole the virus from the laboratory of the Female Supremacy, but he is not working alone. The Special Agents want a written confession and return him to the isolation chamber.

The two Special Agents are growing increasingly annoyed with their prisoner, The Mutant. After subjecting him to hours and hours of torment, he will still not divulge any information. Selecting a set of heavy smoked Dragon Canes, they set out to work delivering blows to his bottom in a series of six. When they reach 24 strokes of the cane, they stop to inspect their work. The marks are starting to show and he has a nice set of stripes, but still no confession. They each give him a final six of the best and prepare for their extracting technique.

Special Agent Hunter thinks he deserves another 24 strokes and that’s what he gets. He’s still not saying much so the Special Agents decide he gets 100 strokes of the strap. But still not a peep out of him so they prepare to cane him.
